Students chose
surfaces to swab. Two plates per class (except for 2nd period).
Plates 1-9 swabbed Wednesday, May 30 during the school day and incubated at 80F
- plates 1, 2, 3 - 2nd period (swabbed ~ 10:00; incubated ~ 10:20)
- plates 4, 5 - 4th period (swabbed ~ 12:00; incubated ~ 12:30)
- plates 6, 7 - 5th period (swabbed ~ 13:30; incubated ~ 13:55)
- plates 8, 9 - 6th period (~ 14:30; incubated approx 15:00)
Plate 10 was taken home by a student in 6th period, swabbed Wednesday night, returned Thursday afternoon (6th period) and incubated at 80F at ~ 15:00.
Bacterial swabs, 18-24 hours
Plates incubated at 80 degrees F.
