Data Formats

I'm interested in the possibility of categorizing design patterns in D3 data formats. Aside from providing guidance to developers, this might allow us to develop plugins (or even workbenches) for dealing with common data structures.

In support of this, I examined the examples in the D3 distribution and analyzed their use of CSV and/or JSON data. The resulting pages are a Work In Progress, but may be useful:
